Melvins at ATP was pretty impressive. Brightblack were amazing. Hippy folk fun. Low were amazing, best sound for sure. Maximo Park were cool. Brilliant sharp pop.

Wilco were awesome at the Hammersmith Apollo on Monday night, although my desire-to-sit-down-at-rock-shows-in-future-ometer has swung right down to zero. Sitting in a theatre is just too damn civilized.

Patrick Wolf at London Metro was awesome. Art Brut were really good on the Camden Crawl. 65daysofstatic at Islington Academy were superb.
I'm hoping Arcade Fire are all that tonight.

Ooooooh Bamos gets to see Arcade Fire. Jealous. Yes. Will you review it Mr. Bamos? Everyone is well curious about their live show.
PS. Bright Eyes is my new favourite gig this year.

Just got back from seeing Trail o' Dead at the Electric Ballroom, and they were on fire today. Fucking amazing gig - and they've got 2 drummers (simultaneously) now.
It would have been better if there wasn't a large man standing in front of me doing the monkey the whole way through, but you can't have everything.

Ha! Bestiality! I see what you've done there - but I meant the dance. Or maybe it was the twist - whatever it was, it was strangely inappropriate.
