Ninjah was looking quite dapper when I saw him yesterday, a definate step up from his Speedos phase.

Aarrgghh.. DrFurry… what have you done?! The one Big Brother free sanctuary destroyed forever. I watched bits of the celebrity one, but haven’t watched others. I could understand the social interaction argument if they were just a group of normal people, but since they are anything but, it will hardly teach us anything about human nature… apart from the fact that there is no limit to what some people will do to be “famous”.

Have a life. Don't sit there on your arses watching other people live for you. Smash the television with its endless diet of soaps and "reality" crap designed to keep you docile, passive and obedient. Smash it with a FUCKING GREAT BRICK and then go outside, breath the air, laugh and drink and fight and swear and love and hate and be human, not some passively receiving lump of scar tissue. Throw off the chains of the Spectacle and look around. If you don't like what you see then DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, instead of picking up the phone to decide which slef-obssessed, deluded moron gets to have an other seven days of the attention they crave so much.

Hear hear and I nominate myself to be evicted from this board. A career cutting the ribbons on BB theme coffee shop internet cafes and pics of me throwing a strop at airports appearing in Hello awaits. My whole life has been geared towards this moment.

I turned the TV on last night and BB had just started, so I thought I'd give it a chance just incase I was missing something.
I wasn't. It was shit. Godamn, those people are irritating. Having to listen to that kind of self obsessed verbal drivel is what can ruin a perfectly enjoyable train journey or make me want to leave a pub early.
Enjoying the lab rats squirm will never be as satisfying as it was when I turned the TV off last night.

I agree to all of above. But my brother was watching the Australian version, and just as I walked in I got two guys, front on, nudie, in the shower lathering up! *Shudder*
In fact the whole concept merits a *shudder*
