£1.99 got me the latest Arcade Fire single. A live version of Power Out on the A-Side.
.....AND
Arcade Fire & DAVID BYRNE[/u] singing This Must Be The Place on the B-Side![/b]
The packaging, whilst not as nice as Laika's, is also lovely.

7"s are also great as they're cheap and fun and come in fancy colours!

I love 7" singles. I recently got my record player up and working for the first time in 7 years. I had a great weekend, playing stuff I'd not heard in years, or had never actually heard because I bought it ages ago and couldn't listen to it. Aah, brilliant. I discovered that I quite like Ballboy and heard a Kinesis song for the first time ever. I used to love buying random 7" singles, and now I can listen to them. Huzzah!
Psyche - sell them to meeeee!!!!!

JB's favourite 7" evAr = Ash's Goldfinger, clear gold vinyl with GLITTER in it. Lickable.
The song? Meh.
But, OH! The vinyl.

I've got that Goldfinger 7" JB. Tis indeed ace. Not as good as Sunny Day real Estate's 'Diary' LP, which is on blue vinyl with rainbow speckly blothy bits on it. Mmmm, pretty...

I am Interested with a capital "I". I have fallen in love with vinyl all over again in the last few days and now I need to feed my habit without breaking the bank.

I quite like my 7", it's a nice, good size Seriously I do like the SFA Golden Retriver one as when it's playing it looks like a dog running round and round! Cheap and Cheerful, that sums them up nicely.

I dont have one vinyl! not a single one! *properly ashamed* i need to buy a record player to play them on though. Anyone got a spare one? i used to have one which i got from my grandad, but it was probably about the same age as him and didn't work.
