Was doing my DiS 3 comp. First draft was ditched to remove a track, second I accidently recorded myself flicking through a disc for the track I wanted. Got it right on the 3rd go. Left this recording another copy. Went back to it and nine minutes were missing. Flicked through it and found that it cut out 40 seconds into a My Bloody Ovaltine track. There was a few moments silence then a human voice said 'hello ?' in a questioning tone. Went back to listen to it again and the disc selfdestructed. This isn't on the original.
I haven't taken any kind of drugs in four and a half years and things like this still happen. Who was it and who sent them ?

What you have there is some spooky assed interdimensional crossrip shit, my friend. Somehow a hole in time has allowed the sounds of your compy to be broadcast into the past where some poor sap who lived where your pad now stands got an earful of the 21st century tunage. Understandably alarmed they said "hello" in an effort to contact the "ghosts" and the self same rip in time allowed this spooked out reply to float back to 2005 and be recorded on your disc. But CD technology is not built to withstand such awesome forces and it blew up to protect both your sanity and the accepted view of physics. There. Easy.

I've only had 3 hours sleep and reading that reply has chilled me to the very core of my being. Thank you

No. I said Durutti should put a after his answer. And then when I came back, one had appeared. AS IF PLANTED BY A BEING WHO HAD COME THROUGH A TIME RIP. Maybe.
