Is anyone thinking of going, or are you all skinted out buying Reading tickets? And this also caught my attention. Imagine a 3 day rave in the set of "Aliens"... booked so far: Warp Records: b12 luke vibert milanese warp dj's Seed Records: posthuman digitonal kansas city prophets seed dj's electronic desert showcase expanding records showcase w00t! + about 100 other live acts & dj's, a comedy stage (which last year involved lots of swedish nudity), a free-for-all stage (anyone can plug n play), a big camping ground, and a late night restuarant www.norbergfestival.com/??

I'm on the guest list for the Green Man but you still have to pay for camping and I've no clue how to get there, but it looks like hundreds of fun. James Yorkston! Bonnie Prince Billie! Joanna Newsom! etc!

Well that info was John specific seing as he'd be coming from Wolverhampton. Not sure how to get there from London, you could megabus to Cardiff and then get up to Haye-On-Wye somehow from here.
Has anyone ever actually been to Haye-on-Wye? If you like books then go, it's just a labarynth of bookshops, very bizarre.

Grinner was saying that there's some kind of bookfest there before Greenman?! OR I might just have made that up...

sure your not thinking of Reading? Seriously tho, the Haye-on-Wye literature festival is quite well known actually, a load of famous authors do readings and stuff, i think Phillip Pullman was there last year.

I lifted if from another site. I don't know what it means. I took it as an expression of excitement/jubliation, maybe? I can't wait for this festival. Do I need to buy a ticket very soon, those in the know?

I was really thinking about going, but the price seems a bit steep.

Y'know what would be really cool? A Green Maw festival, hosted by the beast himself.
