Didn't log onto brainlove (hence belated posting)

Didn't watch enterprise (Only the first Star Trek for me I'm over 40)

Watched sketch list....no real surprise that Little Britain clinched it, the most recent shows always do much better in these sort of polls.

Walked round a sort of watery green space with kids.
Saw a Heron, cowslips, Wood anemones, Lesser Celendine, Coltsfoot, Ground Ivy.
The Ramsons and Garlic mustard and Iris's are about to flower but not quite there yet.

Got up, realised I had a very bad headache.

Took some aspirin, drank some water.

Made scrambled eggs and bacon. Saw that it was good, ate it.

Felt better, so switched TV on.

Watched sport for seven hours straight. The Championship, MOTD, the Grand Prix, cycling, badminton, rugby league.

Did a review of ...Trail of Dead's album and Tom Vek gig from last night.

Made bangers and mash. Slightly undercooked the peas. The gravy was good though.

Watched sketch show thing, found it profoundly boring. I'm not sure I like comedy.

Tried to flick over to 'Fingersmith' a bit to see if there was any of that lesbian action I was promised. Realised I was a perv, and that Mrs. Bamos kind of realised what I was doing. Stopped flicking over.

Watched more football on MOTD2, to see the highlights of today's games.

I really am quite boring.

Technically not today, which was yesterday, but last Friday I saw a band called Now. The result of a chance meeting the other week with an old face from back home (who I hadn't see for 11 years), who's band it is. I really liked them, perhaps even more than Tom Vek.
They are also trying to play at Truck.

went to "monkey island" with about 10 guys, felt outnumbered, skimmed stones (found that i am "quite good for a girl") and had a bbq with sausages and marshmallows. also made the most shambolic fire i've ever seen, which worked nicely. listened to bohemian rhapsody and franz ferdinand.

bought some candyfloss

played pool - lost 5 times, won once (go me!). missed the white ball twice ;D

watched supersize me

went home

watched from 23-1 greatest comedy things. thought that little britain getting to number one should not be allowed. nor the completely unfunny dead parrot sketch getting to number 2.

went to bed.
