It has just come to my attention that Jason Gillespe is exactly what I imagine Sirius Black to look like in my head.

I'm most certain that Snape isn't evil, but then WHY? why, why why. It's all so confusing. I wait in anticipation.

Well I would smite you, but I don't believe in it.
I'll hopefull be getting Half Blood Prince from my good friend Al McAll soon-ish, in return for my having lent him a copy of the fantastic Mr Norrell & Johnathen Strange -which I advise everyone to read as soon as they can.

I read them all when I had food poisoning. I couldn't stomach (haha) anything heavier. It's ultimately pretty awful as literature, the plots are so clumsy and mannered it's unbelievable sometimes, like detective stories where it's made all convoluted to throw you off and then at the end you snort and go "yeah, RIGHT". But the main characters and environments are well written so she gets away with it. It appealed to the geeky fantasy kid in me.

If you want really good sci-fi/fantasy stuff then check out Perdido Street Station and The Scar by China Mieville. He's ace. He's got another one called The Iron Council, which Al McAll hasn't given me yet.
Book exchanging rocks!
