UK Jazz artists Alice Russell & Natureboy (Dave Noble) will be debuting new material at Fopp Oxford on Friday 13th October to promote Natureboy’s second album, ‘Pages Turning’. They have played together for over a decade now and have perfected their mix of jazz, blues and a bit of funk to a tea. Check them out on:

My Device will be debuting material from their album ‘Nervous System’, which was exclusively released in Fopp stores in September on Shifty Disco records. This Brighton band consists of three twenty-something’s who are just on the verge of achieving commercial success. Their punk, alt-indie rock anthems will have you dancing in seconds! They will be playing the flagship Fopp on:

XFM favourites Apartment have supported the likes of British Sea Power and the Editors, plus co-headlined a French tour with previous Fopp in-store band, The Kooks. Hailing from Bethnal Green, the London four will be playing a long-awaited performance in support of their new album ‘10000 Times’ out on Monday 23rd October. Their Fopp in-store date is on:
Tuesday 24th October – Tottenham Court Road Fopp – 8pm
Hailing from Belfast with a sound that is self-confessed “hobo-chic”, Duke Special, aka the endlessly inventive Peter Wilson, will be supporting the release of his new single 'Last Night I Nearly Died' out on 16th October, by performing 2 Fopp in-store dates on:
Thursday 26th October – Manchester Fopp – 5pm
Friday 27th October – Glasgow , Union Street – 5pm
Formed in November 2004, The Holloways hail from North London and are unlike most indie acts around. With the help of a fiddler and an egg shaker, their alt-indie sounds are given an eccentric edge making them a band that you really want to listen out for! These bands are now part of the institution that is Fopp in-stores - Dirty Pretty Things, The Kooks, The Mystery Jets and Hot Chip have all played at Fopp stores in recent times. Fopp's ability to provide a platform for cutting edge bands to play to fans across its stores is being developed all the time. Now that there are even more Fopp Stores there'll be even more music...There are now 31 Fopp outlets in the UK, with the last few months seeing Fopp open a flagship store in London, along with further Fopp's springing up in Bath, Brighton, East Kilbride and Southampton.
