I've been half-considering the Cardiff gig, I know nothing of Weird War, but the support act is a local one who I've wanted to catch for a while.

I ordered a Weird War album from America a couple of weeks ago but went for the snailmail option and could have a long wait.
Looking forward to the gig even though I haven't seen or heard them. I saw Nation Of Ulysses (brilliant live) and The Make Up (also good) so reckon this will be ok as well.

Just back from this gig and thoroughly enjoyed it. A hard working band who are good at what they do. Took Mrs Cadd, who had no idea what to expect not being familar with Nation Of Ulysses/Make Up. She was expecting punky new wave and was pleasantly surprised. Music that'll get you moving, go see them.
