I don't even know why I'm posting this here, as no-one will be able to come. Posterity I guess Anyway, tomorrow (20 April ) you can come see BOTH my bands at Talking Heads, Portswood Road, Southampton, doors at 7:00pm. Cost is a mere £4. This means you can get to see me in both my indie-rock and jazz-hop-funk-electro modes. Fret not that you live hundreds of miles away, however, as we'll probably be recording it. If there's anything worthwhile I'll stick it up here...

Two bands?!! That's just greedy ;D
Truthfully though, I'd find that really difficult to do.
Are there never conflicting loyalties/practice times, etc? Don't people from one band say, "Smileadelic, you love that other band more than ours" in wounded tones, tears weling in their eyes?
What are your bands called? Are there empeefrees I could hear?

Hehehe Actually it's not too bad. I think it helps that everyone in both bands is on friendly terms with one another. Also my rockier band only tends to practice in vacation times as our bassist lives in Cardiff. We don't have any mp3s up at the moment although my "weirder" band is making a live album which I have some unmastered mp3s for... might just run 'em through Wavelab quickly and put something up for everyone's enjoyment EDIT - sorry, names! My rock band is called Anonymous, and my funk band is called Rugged Fantasia...

Just come back from mixing this gig. It's sounding pretty hot - our psych-hop take on Shostakovich's symphony no. 10 sounds particularly nice.
I shall link to it once it's mastered ;D
