I think I'm gonna avoid DiS today. Glad someone else mentioned that Welshbulb guy, he gave me the creeps. Even his picture was creepy. His user name always drew my attention to his nose for some reason.

Oh dear I feel that I must reveal that welshbulb PM'ed me saying "good on you mate" (I think it was cos I was old and still loved music).
I actually get quite a few PM's from new people along those lines, I got one from a 15 yr old geezer yesterday, Its a bit unerving, I much prefer casual acceptance of my age, I should be reverred for my messianicness instead.
Does anyone remember "Againstthegrain"
the yank with issues who left the forum in a blaze and then crept back in again....mind you he was entertaining(although looking back always makes the heart grow fonder).
I seem to remember a 'Youdontknow', although again I also remember Ranraals having some amusing dialogue with him,

there are now all too many creepy types on DiS... its disconcerting. plus then there are the abusive ones such as warhammar tosser and troll man. honestly, people GET A LIFE.

I think most of them have been weeded out, it's getting slowly better. Like a sorta internet coma. We just have to talk to it and buy it grapes and it'll recover.
Am I the only person who doesn't really ever get PM'd from many people? What am I doing wrong?

I hav'nt PM'ed any young women on this site....I'm starting to feel a little self concious that I talk to FRF, Pretty_Vacant and Wishpig quite a bit......some people may find this suspicious, despite the fact that it is your merely your minds that I crave, oh and If I am in messiah mode your souls too.
Bamos I seem to remember that the last time I PM'd you I got no reply....although that could be just cos I'm boring and you didn'yt want to encourage me.....or maybe you assumed that we just didn't need words.

The last PM you sent me regarding the Cocteau Twins got no reply for a couple of reasons: 1) I was on holiday when I received it, thus the time to reply had seemingly gone when I received it 2) I'm very lame at replying anyway 3) I was unsure of how to respond, as you correctly assumed my knowledge of said subject was quite limited 4) Thinking about it, I don't reply to anything. I apologise profusely to anyone who hasn't received a reply from me. I love you all. And creaky - if you want to do me a mix tape of things you might think I like or things that I really should gather more information on, please do! PM me, I promise I'll reply this time! |
