What does everyone think? I have just been reading about them on a site someone suggested and I thought I recognised them. I must admit I haven't heard them under this new guise but I heard a few songs when they were called Killing Moon. I didn't think they were that special - and certainly didn't justify all the hyperbole that is being served up now.
Maybe I'm just a bitter man as we were also in the Radio1 One music top 10 at the same kinda time as them and despite having label interest we didn't go with anyone or release a single! (We still haven't sent demos to 2 record comps that asked for them) ...will someone manage us as we're shite at that kinda thing ;D
But just wondering if anyone had seen them of late!

I think they're a bit 'meh'. Downloaded some mp3s and it was just a bit...obvious.

They're average, but they sound like the Cure circa "Faith" so they are the Best Band in the World Ever.
Isabelle is very good though.

I really enjoyed watching them the other week with trains, they had a meh element to begin with but they grew on me a lot, the singers cool. He has a lot to offer and think without him they wouldn't be so good, but they're definitely worth checking out..

Battle are absolutely undeniably awful. I'd rather eat my own faeces, whilst sitting in a lawnmower and being pissed upon by bull elephants than have to experience their live 'show' again.

She's evil. She even asked me what I was doing on Monday night, then told me two seconds later I couldn't go, just to tease me. She is evil. EVIL.
Although I did see them in March, so that's OK. And I left after one song of Battle, but it was the second time I'd seen them in a week. And the first time, they were bloody awful.
And Senses - I don't really like Sigur Ros. I am not normal for this, apparently.
