I have recently got myself a jesus shirt, to be provocative. My voodoo tee shirt is still my favourate though.

Oh Dear Tafcak, I am very sorry to hear about you lack of faith.
I agree with you wanting to be provocative but I feel that the isea of wresting jesus away from religeon/churches/christianity is more powerful than just dissing him.

I would like to take nice christians, let them keep jesus, but remove their 'christian' moniker.

You can annoy churches by saying stuff like this

I just feel we'd be shooting ourselves in the foot by having a go at jesus, after all isn't part of the annoyance you feel towards christianity, because of the seeming total ignoring of jesus's teachings by some christians, by the fact that this religeon has huge wealth and materials, by the fact that although it may protest against war and strife, it is more like an obligatory additional voice of protest, it is noticable that christian organisations do not seem to say to their followers "It is a sin to vote for warmongers" yet they dont all mind saying "It is a sin to give to a charity that accepted charity money from The Jerry Springer Show.

So you see I share your anger, but it would be better to rise above their level.

Believe and aspire to the teachings of jesus, but not any organisation that just claims to (i.e. the church)

But it would be nice to see you in the chapel every now and again tafcak.
